Add-ons are billed on your plan’s interval and prorated. Removing them takes effect at renewal.

What counts as a seat? Anyone who can write tickets or control runs: Owners, Admins and Developers. Viewers are free and unlimited. The agent and API tokens never count, and seats are named users.

What is a project? One connected git repository, with its own queue, checks and settings. Archiving a project frees its slot and keeps its history.
14-day trial, no card
Team features for up to 3 developers and 3 projects. You connect your own Anthropic key, with spending caps of $5 per ticket and $25 per day by default (Anthropic bills in USD). When the trial ends, the install turns read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Guided onboarding
A one-time onboarding session: €99 on Starter, €199 on Team, €299 on Business. Sign an annual plan during your trial and it’s credited against your first invoice.
AI usage, billed by Anthropic
You use your own Anthropic API key (or Bedrock, Vertex AI or Foundry), so AI usage is billed to you directly. Expect roughly €5–€40 per ticket depending on its size and the models you pick. The dashboard shows the real figure for every ticket. We never resell tokens.

No. Each plan is a flat price for the whole install and includes a number of developer seats. Need one more developer? Add a single seat instead of jumping to the next plan.
No. You connect your own Anthropic API key and pay Anthropic directly. That keeps your costs transparent, and the budgets in the dashboard make them predictable.
You get 14 days with Team features for up to 3 developers and 3 projects, with no card required. At the end, the install becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Your history and settings stay.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades, and removing extra seats or projects, take effect at your next renewal.
Annual plans cost ten times the monthly price (two months free). The same applies to extra seats and extra projects.
New work stops at the next ticket boundary. Your history, exports and backups stay available, and nothing in your repositories is touched.
